At GOOD BANK, we grow our leafy greens and mushroom specialities in vertical farms directely in front of your eyes. Growing vertically within the city, we are able to offer the freshest and tastiest possible produce, full of nutrients and without pesticides, while reducing carbon miles from farm to table.

As far as the rest of our fruits and vegetables are concerned, we source them as much as possible regionally and seasonally, our chicken and beef come from selected farms committed to the respect for animal welfare and our salmon is high quality, Scottish salmon. At GOOD BANK, we are neither “purists” nor naïve idealists, we are just committed to offer you the best possible meals at a reasonable price, and we do that in the most transparent way possible.
